Cemcoat Wall Putty is a ready-to-mix, polymer-modified white powder applied over plaster or concrete to achieve a perfectly smooth, paint-ready surface. Excellent bonding, minimal shrinkage and easy sanding. Reduces paint consumption by providing a dense, even base coat.
